Happy that my weight did not slide backwards, Feeling tired as I slept around 4am. I had way too much green tea before I slept which was a terrible idea. Will not be doing any exercise besides walking in the normal course of getting from A to B. Have 2 gym sessions tomorrow, back in the morning and chest later on or I will attempt to do both in 1 single workout.
128.9 kg Lost so far: 25.2 kg.    Still to go: 41.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
