Happy with weight-loss, ketones at 2.1 and feeling good. Still on track to meet my December 24th goal so chuffed about that, will be making a few tweaks to diet, exercise and lifestyle to try and reach the goal easier. I need to make a Christmas and post Christmas plan otherwise I will blow all my hard efforts. I am planning to reset my metabolism buy eating normal carbs and the like but I need to plan.
128.6 kg Lost so far: 25.5 kg.    Still to go: 41.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
