Happy with weight-loss, ketones at 2.3mmol/L and feeling good. I managed to sleep earlier than usual yesterday and I can already feel the difference. Seems I am having to work way too hard to lose this weight. Anyway I was looking at my short term and long term goals and it seems that it will take me 8 months to get to my goal weight after factoring in Christmas & Easter which is a hell of a long time. My intention right now though is to achieve my mini goal by 24th December 2020 which I will achieve.
127.4 kg Lost so far: 26.7 kg.    Still to go: 40.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know how you are feeling about your goal being so far away because i was at the same point last year but what I want to tell you from someone that reached (and then kept pushing back that goal) is that the journey is just as good as the destination. Every day that you have stuck to your plan is what sucess feels like. Enjoy it and be proud that you are making your future self very proud of your efforts.

🙂🙂 thank you, your experience made me smile, its a hard journey with ups and downs and having FS helps. For me my weight gain is entirely my fault went from being superfit top10 taekwando, 20 years ago, moved out of home when I went to Uni where I bankrolled Pizza hut and Domino's because I did not want to cook. Got fit again, got comfortable and now again need to lose weight and better my health, but after this no more it's way too hard would rather not gain ever again.

what do you mean by FS? hahaha @ bankrolling pizza! I hear ya there! pizza is my weakness! actually SO many foods are my weakness! Keto really has been the way to go for me. so glad I feel more in control ... Most days! but I am struggling to get those last couple of kg off and even to maintain. I think it will be a lifelong commitment and balancing act. But the sacrifices don't seem so hard anymore because the pay off out way it all ... even the pizza 😂
