Ok get going girl!! First day of three day keto cleanse. So far so good but I did get hungry before dinner. I don’t like the bone beef broth either. It taste burnt to me (should have made my own like the directions said).
86.9 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
