That’s a zero. Maybe even a gain because the scale flickered questionably. Marks the end of one week of keto cleanse then keto low calorie. -8.4 for the week. I’ll take it!
Now to continue on keto low calorie until this family event on Sunday planned cheat day. Baby steps forward
