Something is wrong, Weight gain, ketones down to 1.2mmol/L, something somewhere is off, I actually cut the 14g of carbs from yoghurt I usually have yesterday ran 12g carbs total for the day to achieve worse than nothing (negative results. So only difference yesterday is my first meal was lunch, therefore it makes me think that the intermittent fasting thing for me does not work, my body needs food round the clock to fire up the metabolism. Anyway back to the drawing board as I need to come up with a new plan fast and I am immediately back on the yoghurt.
126.9 kg Lost so far: 27.2 kg.    Still to go: 39.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

We are all different, intermittent fasting doesn’t work for weight loss on me either . My metabolism works to max when I eat 6-12 small meals a day. Do what works for you 🎠

Lillan I agree with you, its a fact that I already knew that my body and intermittent fasting does not work for some reason but I ignored that and added unnecessary frustration unto myself.

Yeah, in the past when I was active and younger, I never really lost weight if my daily intake was less than 1750cal, on average. I was very slim and fit then!

dont be so hard on yourself your doing great. even just commenting and sharing your stuggles helps get it out. if you are looking for assistance I do isagenix shakes and bars and love it. i dont think too much about what I eat as long as I have it on a bread plate and have at least half with veges. we are so hard on ourselves and we are out own worst enermy when it comes to weight.

Pk you are correct sharing helps a lot. For some odd reason reflecting and commenting on my status everyday makes me accountable as well as getting different view points.

This group is grest like that. Having others with different point of view and ideas for meals helps me alot too with accountability
