Finally on the move down. 92 kg down 4 kgs in two weeks. Huge bowel clear this afternoon . Mixture of hard and runny and whoosh x 3. A bit scary but feels better now. Definitely needed that. Thought I was gonna vomit too but luckily that passed.

If you're having trouble going to the bathroom, I highly recommend Movicol (powder that you mix into water), it is "non habit forming" aka your body doesn't grow a tolerance to it and have it stop working like laxatives or enemas. It's a stool softener, basically all the salts bulk up and soften the poo to make it easier to go. It's a godsend, especially the part about the body not growing a tolerance to it, you can use it forever. The only thing is if you have high blood pressure I think you have to consult a doctor first (for dosage advice or if you can use it at all) because it is literally made of salt. It's incredible though
