I can live with that. Such a fun and eventful weekend. I didn’t want to spend it o seeding on my weight loss. I ate everything I wanted to and surprisingly the wedding cake was too sweet for my liking. Just been on keto a couple weeks and I already dislike sugar
83.6 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 21.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Ty. With the holidays I’m going to be in and out so lowcarbinit and I try to keto but I’m not going to sweat it since it really needs consistency to work.
