Feeling good, Ketones at 1.2 mmol/L, 9 more days till my 6 week challenge weigh-in, so major focus on sleep, exercise and food. I will go so hard I am planning on getting 10hrs sleep minimum per night. I can then take a rest straight after weigh-in.

You’re doing great 👍🏻
10 hours sleep straight? Or are you factoring in a couple of naps? I got diagnosed with sleep apnea a few months ago and I’ve been on a CPAP machine for about 1 month, now I only need to sleep about 6 hours per night, I wake up rested and refreshed.

Lol, I had the same diagnosis 2,5yrs ago and had the Resmed CPAP for 3 months and the Philips Dreamstation for 3 months then I got my tonsils taken out as they were the issue and there was only 2mm between them. Those 6 months with the CPAP I slept like a baby and woke up a new person every morning so I can relate. 10 hrs right now is to try and get my testerone as high as naturally possible which makes building muscle and weight-loss easier, also less cortisol which is the ultimate hard work and results killer
