Not much of a loss, and more than a week since weigh in, so a bit disappointing. It’s been prac for Tafe this week, and I admit I expected a higher loss because I’ve been moving and on my feet so much more than at my usual job. The only thing I can attribute the extra grams is to is that I’ve been getting an almond latte every morning, and I’m sure they use more than the 30ml of milk which I’m supposed to have in a coffee, so maybe it’s thrown my body out of ketosis. I’ve stuck to just two salads and three optifast otherwise. Salads have each been one carrot, one cucumber, some snow peas, some green beans, about half a capsicum, and sometimes one mushroom. So 💁‍♀️
65.7 kg Lost so far: 33.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
