Fasting a.m. blood sugar 111; weight 167.9 Breakfast: egg, bacon, mocha with cream. Lunch was turkey patty, cheese, tomato, dill pickles on romaine lettuce leaves. Supper is planned as cottage cheese, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and peanut butter. Trying to keep the calories down so I can lose another pound. I'd like to lose a pound a week before Christmas. We are having our first really cold spell, 20s and 30s in the mornings and highs in the 40s and some 50s. Am staying in a lot this week. Working on my story writing.
