Joined TOPS on Tuesday, September 17th. On their scale I weighed 167.5.
I go to the gym on all my days off and do one or more activities. Water Aerobics, Pace Room, Zumba, Kickboxing and Stretching. I made reservations to go to Tucson in a Month. I would like to lose at least 10 more pounds by then.
74.6 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
