Have started to adjust my diet and get more carbs in I expect to gain first and then lose. Also slowing down on Gym and really trying to get better quality food although it is hard to resist foods such as Beef/Pork Ribs, Pork Belly but the key is in moderation which I need to learn to practice as I am slowly working on altering my lifestyle not just diet and that's it.
