Have started to adjust my diet and get more carbs in I expect to gain first and then lose. Also slowing down on Gym and really trying to get better quality food although it is hard to resist foods such as Beef/Pork Ribs, Pork Belly but the key is in moderation which I need to learn to practice as I am slowly working on altering my lifestyle not just diet and that's it.
121.5 kg Lost so far: 32.6 kg.    Still to go: 34.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks for the comment, I think planning is key. I average around 4L per day so okay in that department only issue I have is that I average 5 hrs sleep which needs to change.
