Ramping up my calories adding corn, I expect to gain 1 more kg but at least my metabolism should be firing on all cylinders, getting ready for the next round of rapid weight-loss, right now I am nursing my body, will be taking things easy at the gym performing workouts back to front and getting overall health up. My aim is to get my body losing weight at 2200 Cals
121.9 kg Lost so far: 32.2 kg.    Still to go: 34.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Noeline, Ketones measuring is useful if you are following a Keto diet. There are 2 methods, 1. Keto urinalysis strips - Easy and cheap 2. Blood Ketone meter (my preferred) - Accurate but can be costly $8 for 10 strips vs $8 for 100 urinalysis strips. The blood ketone meter allows me to really hone in my diet.

Definitely linked, Ketosis (process by which when body burns fat)so a measurement of ketones (by product of the breakdown of fatty acids) roughly allows you to determine at what rate the body is burning fat. Hope that helps
