It’s okay- I react the same way if there’s a gain or flat line, but even if you weigh yourself every day at the same time wearing the same things, your fluid can vary by 100’s of ml. The important thing is not the daily weight but the trend over time.

That’s so right Jono, you do go up and down all depending on what you eat , salt. Wine or dimple retain more water one day for no reason. My dietician said don’t expect a smooth curve . I sometimes feel like it’s Groundhog Day . Be kind to yourself 💖
