Happy with weight-loss at 1765 calories, I think that is a better strategy eating more but sill healthy for now otherwise I will sink at Christmas so just slowly ramping up metabolism by increasing calories, watching weight gain which is a bit less than I thought. Also have not been in the gym since Monday so increased food no gym and slight weight-loss is great. Have been busy and getting an average of 4 hrs sleep this week which is not good. I should feel even better when I return to normality next week.
121.7 kg Lost so far: 32.4 kg.    Still to go: 34.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
