I was hopeful to se a bigger loss after a whole week. I guess my losses are going to be much smaller from here on out. Baby steps to get where I want to be.
On the bright side I have now lost 20 pounds and that makes me happy
80.9 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 18.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Almost 3 pounds in one week is a huge loss!! In fact, it's almost too much (many nutritionists recommend 2 lbs/week as the upper limit for healthy, sustainable weight loss) - do make sure you aren't starving yourself. ❤️

Baby steps is good. Easier to sustain those lossed. And yes I agree 3lbs are great!!!!

I hit a plateau when I got to this point. Just hang in there and it will be ok. My plateau was about 3 weeks but then I dropped about 5lbs in a week.
