Have they put you on thyroxine replacement therapy? My thyroid collapsed completely many years back, I’ve been taking 150-200 micrograms daily ever since. I can’t function without it.

Yes 100mg daily at moment ,It's a bloody pain ,

Welcome back Trish, I took a break too with a few medical conditions to tackle that put some kgs back on. Sorry to hear of your thyroid issues, but good on you for getting back on the journey! It's nice to have you back 😊
