Slight Weight-loss, just in the maintenance and learning stage, Have been eating multivitamin gummies but upon analysis 200 calories and >30g carbs is not worth it, would rather have that as ice-cream or something else better still yummy corn fresh no butter. Anyway Christmas party after party now , so will need to be strategic.

Very strategic - watch out for those innocent looking little party snacks, especially the cheese or pastry based ones, unless you’re going to run to the gym for a full workout straight after!

lol, its going to be tough. I think I might have to hit the gym everyday to balance things out until after Christmas. Maybe I will look to build muscle size.

I think building lean muscle, alongside sustainable healthy eating, is the most important thing for long term weight management. More muscle = higher metabolic rate, faster use of macro nutrients, = weight loss / healthy weight maintenance.

I agree 100%, looking to go hard in 2021, right now recovering from my weight-loss over last 4 months and I am feeling great, need to make sure I do not lose it.
