Heading in the right direction. Finally losing again. Thankful.
It’s been eight weeks today since I started optifast. I started at 72.9, so 9.3kgs down. Not too shabby. It’s not fast like I used to be able to do, but I’ve kept it up and haven’t wavered, so that’s good. What does blow my mind a bit, and it must be because it’s so gradual, but no one has really noticed or commented. I guess to be fair, I don’t see anyone really. I kind of wish I had a “before” photo.
