I am happy with where I currently am, my calories are now through the roof, body handling it ok initially was a disaster. I need to reset my goals to ensure that I am still on target.
123 kg Lost so far: 31.1 kg.    Still to go: 36 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You’re on the right track! As long as you keep up the necessary exercise and provide your body with sufficient protein to feed muscle development, you can handle a big caloric load. Try to eliminate added sugars and overly processed grains and you’ll be set.

I agree I think exercise is key, I have not been to the gym for 2 weeks and I feel like eating everything sugar. Will get back in the next 36 hrs. Will have to take it easy over christmas.
