As anticipated, my daily weight loss I enjoyed last week (10 pounds total) has slowed down, but that's ok!! It's all part of my body adjusting. I am going away for a scrapbooking weekend tomorrow, so I think it may be a good idea to carefully indulge. I'm not going to eat the meals prepared at the retreat. I'm going to take my own foods, just in larger amounts. And no alcohol at this retreat. The past weekends with weddings & tailgating helped my metabolism, so I'm hoping it's a good strategy for this weekend, as well. I'm going to take some pulled pork & make a milder form of the buffalo chicken.

I'm also excited to start my Yoli Vitamins & Minerals & Yoli TRUTH (for immune health). I can also enjoy all my Yoli drinks with my new Yoli Blender Cup. I just ♥ coming home to find Yoli packages on my door step!!
