Debbie Cousins's Journal, 29 Dec 20

Great day yesterday. Got in water, exercise, Journaling, recording everything I ate. I set a goal of 2,250 calories a day for this interim period (before the New Year) just to get into the habit of RECORDING everything I eat. Finished the day at 1,942 Calories. WOOHOO!!! That was even with fitting in two Jackstraws!

Yep, recording every bite really helps. 🤗 Let’s do this together! Looking forward to the new year. Hard to believe, but I turn 72 in a couple of weeks! Seems so ancient 🤣.

That is awesome Ms Debbie. I'm still working the day. We must be on different time zone. May I ask where are you from? I'm from Texas and it seems that I'm behind in time. Could this be?

@ladytanker, I'm in Virginia, so yes there is a 2-3 hour time difference. It's three hours difference between here and the western coast (CA, etc.) Not sure if Texas is Pacific or Mountain time zone.

Ok I got it. No I'm central time and that will be a hour behind you. What made me ask is watching the time when the challenge was to begin. and I wondered if this site is base over seas. Just wondered. I've had another successful day and happy for you and that drop in weight. Keep up the good work. And Happy New Years to you and yours.

@ladytanker, the reason the time looks so OFF is that, even though the challenges are supposed to start on Mondays (and that is when you should weigh in), the site won't let you actually RECORD anything until after midnight Monday night (which would be 1am your time, I'm guessing). So, basically, each day you report on the PREVIOUS day's progress. Confusing at first, but you'll get used to it.

@Debbie Cousin. Thank you, I knew something wasn't looking right. Ok I will keep working myself around the site. Take care.

Texas is central time zone. Don’t know if west Texas might cross over to mountain time zone.
