8 weeks ago I half arsed started keto. Since then I have lost 6 kg without curbing my food or alcohol intake or increased exercise. Today the scales said 78.9. It’s years since I’ve been that weight and I definitely feel better. Not so fatigued all the time and not reliant on those tablets. The midland doctor was right, I just needed to lose weight. Bastard. So the intention is to make an effort and start some exercise and reduce the booze. Just to help things along. I’m 60 in 6 weeks so would like to lose 3 kg by then.
