2-1/2 pounds down for the week. I think I'm going to eliminate the daily Smoothies (275 Calories) and see if I can do better on 1,700 Calories instead of 2,000 this week. Need to have AT LEAST 2-1/2 pounds loss each week to make my 60-pounds in six months challenge; but I'd feel a little more comfortable having that be higher here at the beginning, since I know it will get harder, the skinnier I get. Not complaining, just reevaluating. Glad I found that Cucumber snack idea for SEVEN calories!!! That should help this week!

Over a 100 carbs of day and I would be soooooo hungry and hold sooooo much water weight. I'm glad others aren't as sensitive as I am to carbs.

Doing great Debbie! I was just given 14 cucumbers so will have to start snacking on them also. I've got some Walden Farms 0 calorie dressing I think I'll use to dip 'em.

Good job 👍! I’m down visiting my Mom this week so a bit of a challenge staying on task but I got groceries coming tomorrow that will get me through the week. I admit to being a bit anxious being away from my digital scale for a week since I weigh in daily! 😆 Thank goodness I still have FS to keep my daily logs going.

Saturday I was able to get a neighbor to help me with my smartphone to download the proper app, then take a video of me to qualify/verify to start my challenge with you, losing with HealthyWage. I had signed up on the 4th and now have started my 6-month challenge as of the 9th. I gained several pounds in those 5 days but am now on the straight and narrow, with an 18 hour fast yesterday and today hoping to break my addiction to sweets. Your challenge with HealthyWage came along at the right time for me.
