Drank half my body weight in ounces of water yesterday - 128 oz. Limited Diet Coke to three glasses (mostly filled with ice). Making progress.
113.6 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 45.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
