3k early morning running+15mins intensive exercise plus a glass of warm water with added fresh lime juice can boost my energy for the remaining hours of a long day :)
87.9 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sounds like a great plan, program. I do 35-45 min walks after a tall glass of warm water with lemon juice and apple cider vinegar, do my weights program within and hor or two, then.... at last I have breakfast - sometimes closer to lunchtimes.
