Weight up 1.5kg in a fortnight, 82.8kg today which is not good. Being stuck in one place for a week means no moving, literally. Motorhome being refurbished this week so will be at a hotel - the walk from the lounge area to the toilet in the unit will be longer than my whole house! Now that's exercise, lol. I will avail myself of their gym too; I need to reset my daily pattern to include physical movement, despite the wonky knees. Calories in and out are about to be shaken up again and I need to make better choices. I do know what I need to do so why the heck don't I just do it?!
82.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

If you can lunge to the kitchen or bathroom go for it . Anything small is a stepping stone. Support you knee though and make sure you can get it strapped before doing anything crazy to put pressure on it. Walking is the best in or out of a pool.

Jane, I had a serious problem with my right knee and left ankle when i started my campaign. I couldn’t walk far or on uneven surfaces. I just used hand weights, 3 small sets of dumbbells from 1-3 kg. I did as much stretching as i could, until the both knee and ankle improved, eventually i was able to start going to a pool and start exercising there, my joints improved rapidly. I didn’t have a physio or coach for this, i just did what my body was telling me it needed.

we all go up and down dont be so hard on yourself just pick up and try again
