First week. Huge exercise, lots of water, lots of food. I gained 3kg in 2 days. obviously, the old PCOS is playing with me, so will ignore that. grrrrr.
112.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 22.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
