Need a new scale ! Was 92.9 kg yesterday 😱 this fluctuating is not normal ... or is it ? Frustrating! 😂
But my clothes fit better and my shoes are roomier so something is happening 🙏🧚‍♀️
92 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 13 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Fluctuating is totally normal, even when you’re least expecting it. From day to day you could be retaining an extra 1.2 litres of fluid and almost as much in food. This too shall pass ! 😂😂😂

You don't, just weigh yourself a bit less frequently so you aren't freaked out by a normal daily variation.

Was recommended to weigh yourself at the same time every day too-pick one morning once a week.
