I really need to plan my day, and do my tracking. But I also need to speak to the 'chef' about all the high carb, stodgy food we are eating, and get back to the veggies! I have Mongolian lamb for lunch today... I'll start by leaving the rice!
73.3 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
