Dude, wtf! One scale bounced around between 125.8 and 126.6. Used another scale and it showed right in the middle. It’s usually off a bit from the one I usually use but it’s close enough!

Had a massage yesterday. Thought I normally went down a bit the day after. I’ve been keeping calories in lower than calories out. I’ve been drinking liquids (propel, tea, coffee and a diet cherry limeade here and there), but my urine was a bit darker this morning than usual. But I also didn’t drink my before bed propel last night as I didn’t want to stay up going to the bathroom lol.

I read gabapentin can cause weight gain but it’s not common. Dr said it shouldn’t cause a weight gain. I’m the one that gets the rare stuff so maybe that’s it. And I AM logging everything except my tic tacs I eat during the evening. The large container is 200 calories and it takes me 2-4 days to eat them generally. With being down over 2,000 kcal this month those shouldn’t matter much. I need to just log a pack or two say every Sunday. I’ve been eating them for months and not logging them so I wouldn’t think it would make that much of a difference since I didn’t gain before.

Shoulder and neck are on fire this morning so maybe that’s somehow effecting my weight. Just frustrating! I’m okay with a gain if I just knew WHY lol.

Dog to the vet yesterday followed by a store then home to unpack it. Back to town for a massage then Walmart and hike to put everything up before going to pick up a kiddo from practice. Spent the evening cleaning up the kitchen and making steak with sautéed mushrooms and onions, sliced tomatoes for them and steamed broccoli for me, homemade mac and cheese, baked potatoes and garlic bread. After dinner I sat down then moved to the recliner to sleep about midnight. Slept about 8 hours total I think so it shouldn’t be lack of sleep. 🤷‍♀️
57.2 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’m thinking that’s what it was. That or I was holding onto water for some reason. Either way the scale shows under 125 for now so all’s well! Massages always feel good. Unfortunately with my nerve pain my right side starts getting tense within an hour of finishing the massage. I’m working on finding the right schedule of massages, medicines and my heating pad. So far it’s not working so well lol.
