I didn’t feel well last night. Went to bed at 5:30 and Ate way below my calorie plan.
I had two different events to attend and didn’t make it out of the house.
75.1 kg Lost so far: 18.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
