Lost only half a kilo and 1cm off my waist since last weighing 2 weeks ago. Not a bad result for a very stressful fortnight. Usually when stressed I feel like crunching on chips or Tim Tams but this time I was able to control and reduce my cravings by drinking plenty of water and calming herbal teas.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

👍🏻🌟 great strategies for dealing with cravings, drink lots of water and/or keep busy doing that thing that you’ve been putting off doing forever - whatever it is, sorting, tidying, making, writing, gardening... or relax, listen to music, meditate 🧘🏻‍♂️📿

Thanks jomo, I also tried not to buy chips and Tim Tams but my teenage kids rebelled and went shopping, restocking the pantry with their favourite treats. It's not easy but I'll keep trying 🤐

Tell them to stash their hoard of junk food in the shed or under their bed, and they are not allowed to eat it in front of you!

I'm really glad I'm far away from Tim Tams! Double chocolate Tim Tam slam was my absolute addiction. 🤤💕 Also I had to try every new flavour that they've developed. I'm feeling with you.. so mean to have others in the household who can't resist buying 🙈
