After my doctor appointment, I came home had some tuna and crackers. I was exhausted because I fell asleep at 2:30 am . Woke up early at 7:45 am to get my granddaughter ready for virtual learning.
98.6 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
