Thanks guys! I’m a tradie so I do resistance work in the day, carrying heavy panels and boilers etc. I also work an average 9 hours a day and I’m a soccer coach so I burn a bit there. This week tho, I just tried going all day on a cuppa, a smoothie and lots of water with chewing gum all day. I then had a 5-600 calorie meal in the evening, making sure my water quota of 2.5 litres a day was met. I’ve been burning an average of 2.7K cals a day too, which helps. Still wasn’t expecting 1.7 Kgs loss tho! Take care :)

Hey Vit88#! Not really. I take Suisse Ultivite which is good to keep the body going too. I get tired at the end of a long day but then, who doesn’t? Cheers
