okay so the steady return of my weight ends today!!! which is the beginning of my own personal 90 Day challenge in which I challenge myself to lose 20 lb in 90 days! part 1 is 8 lb in the first 30 days so that means by April 20th I should be able to reward myself with a either a cheat day to eat something that is not on my new diet or a new item of clothing!
