A tablespoon of Honey before I go to bed.
Put honey in my coffee instead of Sweet and Low.
Eating what I want but cutting down on quantity.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
