Struggled to not buy Ice-cream for home, but bought a takeaway soft serve cone which is better because once it's finished you cannot have anymore ice-cream. Having to slowly relearn good habits. No need for me to drastically cut my eating as my metabolism is high due to extra high intake of calories. Hopefully I can lose good weight just by being sensible for the first 3 weeks. Will see
143.9 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 56.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I remember in the beginning I could lose weight just by substituting cheese and crackers with pistachios and dried fruit 😑😑😑 it definitely isn’t like that anymore
