I ate a very big meal last night and I ate late. It was super yum. A beautiful ribeye steak with fresh veggie sides.
My daughter back on focus in exercise and in healthy habits is a helping motivator. It is so much easier to do this together. Wishing my FSF success on this middle weekend (I’m off on Wednesdays) and inner happiness
73.6 kg Lost so far: 19.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
