many weeks indoors,minimal cardio/sun exposure due to extreme weather event with local flooding. Held satisfactory body composition despite approx 1-2 kg gain. May actually be lean muscle mass. Here in southern hemisphere, we are transitioning to cooler weather which means I can train harder without the heat exhaustion but increased thermogenisis due to the cold will undoubtably raise hunger levels. I am on 10 days vacation from today too so diet must remain on-point.
81 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
