I have officially gone backwards, however I now have the resolve to take control. Therefore from today onward for the next 12 months, I will be strategic in my weight-loss as I cannot do this over again. Anyway back to Keto and exercise.
146 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 59 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
