First day into it, I am already feeling less bloated. Slept a 1am today which was a bad mistake. From 10:45pm to 1am I ate about 700g corn. So my lesson is sleep early easiest way o not get overly hungry at night. I am also glad I replaced the ice-cream for corn, so for now baby steps. I am week 3 of an 8 week challenge, so will do my best. Seeing the dentist today for my first ever filling, will see how that goes.
144.7 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 57.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
