well I've put on a little weight but the smart scales telling me its muscle mass so that's ok I guess.
129 kg Lost so far: 11 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.4 kg a Week

👍🏼🌟 It’s great to put on some muscle mass, in the long run extra muscle will contribute to a higher metabolic rate, and help you burn more fat. The best gain you can get.
