Feeling good, Still sleeping late, I think I need to start hitting 5am gym sessions so that I am spent by 8pm, this sleeping past midnight is a killer when trying to get healthy.
143.4 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 56.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I agree! I’ve been staying up too late and sleeping in and it totally messes with the rest of the day. Not efficient use of time! I make plans the night before, but unless I get to bed early enough only half of what I plan to do is achieved.

Interesting and true, I am only fortunate that I am good at concentrating but with little sleep its an uphill drag. Also I drink pure Longjing green tea that I import from China and its legit. I only ever drink it, when I am going healthy as I feel guilty drinking it when I am splurging. For some reason the tea makes me more focused and somehow seems to aid in weight-loss. I import it because paying $44+ per 100g locally for a product not as fresh or green is not a sustainable solution for me.
