I made my goal of staying under 48 g of added sugars per day! Over the last week I had an average of 34.5 g per day!
75.1 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

that's pretty good. I'm already over 50g and still have 3 meals to go today.

Only added sugars (sugar found in ketchup, processed foods, cakes, chocolate, etc.) I didn't count natural sugars like fruit, coconut water, brown rice, potatoes, etc.

I feel about the same. It was actually a little easier to not eat as much sugar due to the fact that I haven't been feeling great, and sugar usually doesn't make me feel better.... kind of odd but it is what it is.

Thanks! It's really my first time tracking added sugars (apart from natural sugars) but the awareness of them has helped me limit them, thus lowering my calorie intake as well.
