hmm just can not get over the 129-130 mark atm. may have to add another 30 min stint on the treadmill a week.
130.9 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week

Try a few weighted squats. I find that often pushes my losses over the edge. About 9-10, with 3 increases in weight, every second day. Less is more! Or less, more or less! 😜
