I’m eating much lighter lunches. Adding more veggies and small amount of fruit. I’m getting outdoors some with yard work. Fake exercise but I’ll take it. I still need to chill on beer thirty and evening snacking. I’m still up 2 pounds. that is reachable so I’ll not just give up and gain back that 36 pounds I’ve already shred.
74.1 kg Lost so far: 19.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
