@Sbenley thanks for keto resource https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/keto/u6, it was invaluable and a great refresher, I am now going to reduce yoghurt to 1 tub @7.4g and the rest of carbs will come from green veges, I seem to have forgotten a lot of the basics so I will have re-educate myself.
