Had a good day yesterday. My Keto levels are now 0.3mmol (Nutri up from 0.2mmol yesterday so not quite there yet but hey its day 3. Just starting to come to grips with Keto, there are so many hidden carbs everywhere, now slowly starting to strip them out. I will checkout Chobani Zero as I am looking for low carb probiotic. I have had to buy probiotics in pill form for now. That coupled with brocolli and spinach should do the trick for my digestive system in the initial stages.
145.1 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 58.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

your doing well ! have you tried jalna plain yoghurt or aldis organoc coconut yoghurt ? both are fairly good with carbs
